A customer came to us and said that the surface of his product after washing appeared fuffles, and even the fabric was partially damaged. However, he had already pre-sold the product and could not make it again. He hoped that we could help him.

After looking at the photos, our very professional teachers analyzed two reasons:
- The use of strong alkaline or oxidizing chemicals in the washing process damaged the fibers.
- The inside of the water washing device is rough or the rotational speed is too high, resulting in physical wear.

During the field trip, we carried out a series of checks
- Test whether the formulation of washing chemicals meets the fabric tolerance standard.
- Check the inside of the water washing equipment for damage or rough surfaces.

Finally, a solution was developed
To reduce the washing strength of the fabric and use gentle washing. Change water equipment and use protective bags to reduce mechanical wear. The lightly raised fabric is then subjected to post-treatment, such as ironing or surface shaving. The second design is carried out for the clothing which is badly damaged and worn out.
